I can’t sit here and claim the 1-3 Saints just came back to life or “saved” their season or no longer have enormous problems with a banged-up defense. The best-case scenario is probably the same 7-9 finish they mustered after similar lousy starts in 2007, 2012, 2014 and 2015.
